Homework
- Try to do all the homework tasks.
- Get help before the deadline if you are having problems.
- Complete the work on-time.
- Allocate enough time to complete your homework tasks.
- Produce neat work. Lay out calculations properly.
- Correct any mistakes you make. This aids learning.
- Produce neat circuit diagrams and graphs.
- Produced detailed work without major gaps.
- Check your answers. Do they make sense?
- Be properly equipped. For example have a calculator ready and know how to use it.
- Research your answers from your notes, websites and text book/s. Writing rubbish wastes everyone's time.
- Check your homework schedule. This is posted on the college Intranet.
- Just copying answers does not help learning. Cutting and pasting is even worse.
- Start the homework early so you have time to get help if you need it.

Organise your notes and other printed material in a folder.
If you can't find what you need, there was no point having it in the first place.
Homework
East Norfolk Sixth Form College recommends four hours of study per week per subject.
If you meet this target you are likely to do exceptionally well.
